Our Founder
Rick Wheeler, JD, MBA
Rick Wheeler founded R. T. Wheeler & Associates with a clear vision: to help people build better lives, stronger families, and brighter futures while creating opportunities for others to do the same.
With an MBA with distinction from California State University, Fresno, and a Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law, Rick brings together legal knowledge, business experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset to help individuals and families protect what matters most while pursuing greater opportunities for the future.
Before becoming an attorney, Rick worked as a business consultant, coaching more than 2,000 business owners and helping them develop the strategies, systems, and skills needed to grow their businesses. That experience shaped his belief that success is not simply about what you accomplish for yourself, but also about the value you create for others.
Through R. T. Wheeler & Associates, Rick brings together his passion for estate planning, wealth development, entrepreneurship, and mentorship. His mission is to make valuable solutions more accessible while empowering people to share those solutions with their families, friends, and communities.
